Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 7 nos atta bread slice


  • 2 nos chop onion


  • 1 nos chop green chilli


  • 1/2 cups tomato puree


  • 1/2 tsp jeera


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp salt..as taste


  • 1/4 tsp red chilli


  • 2 pinch turmeric


  • 1/2 tsp crushed kalimirch,dhania and jeera.


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup,as taste


  • 4 tsp oil

Directions

  • Take a Bread slice{side Pcs} cut in cubes.
  • Taje a wok add 2 tsp oil,then oil heat add bread slice cubes saute at slow heat at 2 minutes then keep a side.
  • Take a wok add 2 tsp oin add mustard seeds and jeera crackle then add onion till pinkish color add tomato purre and all masala mix well
  • add half cup of water then boil for 2 minutes then add bread slice saute for 2 minutes then mix well.
  • Serve with garnish tomato ketchup .
